About Our Internship Program

Throughout your internship you will have regular events weekly lunch and learn sessions and receive customized training from our business units. This is a unique opportunity to gain valuable insights into supporting the needs of Stanley Black & Decker both in the US and abroad. The interns will gain first-hand exposure to Stanley Black & Decker and have the opportunity to build a cross-functional professional network. Interns are expected to adapt to change and demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills creativity and confidence. Interns must be team-oriented and collaborative.

The Job:

During your internship you will have the opportunity to support our Enterprise Strategy team working as a hybrid employee. Youll get to:

Embrace and demonstrate an Enterprise Mindset as the Enterprise Strategy organization leads challenges and influences key decision makers at Stanley Black & Decker to prioritize the most value enhancing opportunities.

Analyze market trends competitive intelligence and internal performance data to support the enterprise and business unit strategy.

Systematically identify aggregate and database key market metrics relevant to our businesses leveraging automation and AI.

Play a critical role in researching collecting and organizing this data to ensure the company tracks the most impactful market indicators for ongoing and future success

Demonstrate success across systems and platforms (e.g. Excel PowerBI or other company-AI tools)

The Person:

Be a junior with a target graduation date of 2027

Actively pursuing a Finance Accounting Economics Data Analytics and/or Business Administration Degree

Maintains strong academic credentials

Advanced AI Excel and PowerPoint Skills

Successfully manages strong academics alongside extracurricular activities.
