Responsibilities
- Support customer technical discussions alongside senior engineering and sales team members
- Help maintain a basic understanding of customer data center architectures and product usage
- Track and report customer activities feedback and open items
- Participate in solution demonstrations testing activities and implementation support
- Prepare and deliver technical content for customer meetings with guidance from senior team members
- Assist in gathering market insights product feedback and competitive observations
- Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to address customer questions and needs
- Document customer requirements and translate them into clear internal tasks
- Assist in developing and updating technical documentation drawings and solution overviews
- Support coordination of new product requests and earlyâstage development conversations
- Maintain accurate customer drawing files approvals and revision updates
- Contribute to internal knowledgeâsharing materials presentations and technical training resources
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering Science Technology or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- 13 years of experience in a technical role (internships or coâops experience included)
- Basic understanding of fiber optic connectivity networking or data center concepts
- Ability to create or edit technical drawings (Visio preferred)
- Familiarity with MS Office; exposure to Oracle SFDC or GP is a plus
- Interest in learning passive and active network technologies
