Responsibilities
  • Support customer technical discussions alongside senior engineering and sales team members
  • Help maintain a basic understanding of customer data center architectures and product usage
  • Track and report customer activities feedback and open items
  • Participate in solution demonstrations testing activities and implementation support
  • Prepare and deliver technical content for customer meetings with guidance from senior team members
  • Assist in gathering market insights product feedback and competitive observations
  • Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to address customer questions and needs
  • Document customer requirements and translate them into clear internal tasks
  • Assist in developing and updating technical documentation drawings and solution overviews
  • Support coordination of new product requests and earlyâstage development conversations
  • Maintain accurate customer drawing files approvals and revision updates
  • Contribute to internal knowledgeâsharing materials presentations and technical training resources
Qualifications
  • Bachelors Degree in Engineering Science Technology or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
  • 13 years of experience in a technical role (internships or coâops experience included)
  • Basic understanding of fiber optic connectivity networking or data center concepts
  • Ability to create or edit technical drawings (Visio preferred)
  • Familiarity with MS Office; exposure to Oracle SFDC or GP is a plus
  • Interest in learning passive and active network technologies
