Your tasks would be...
continuously improve and maintain our existing platform including refactoring and enhancing code quality
mentor team members on best practices in testing clean code and software design
actively participate in technical discussions and contribute to the development of new features
design and develop RESTful APIs that securely connect patients with doctors and support high-quality care delivery
Job requirements
You will fit well when
you have 3 years of professional experience as a Ruby on Rails Developer
you have a strong understanding of software design principles and patterns including SOLID principles
you write clean well-documented and thoroughly tested code
you have solid experience with RESTful APIs and API documentation
you are confident working with relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL
you are familiar with cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud (GCP)
you have experience with CI/CD pipelines ideally with GitHub pipelines
you proactively use AI tools to implement refactor and improve code
you bring experience with TypeScript in backend and/or frontend development which would be a plus
