What to expect from us
Optical and mechanical implementation of novel optical concepts for glass processing with lasers
Validation of optical concepts and testing of newly developed optical systems
Development and analysis of new machining processes with regard to laser parameters and beam shaping concepts
Independent processing and evaluation of the processes
Collaboration in the advanced development team material processing with state-of-the-art USP lasers
What you bring
Studies in physics optics engineering or a comparable field of study
Laboratory experience with lasers/optics desired
First programming skills (Python/Matlab) appreciated
First experience in automation/control engineering is appreciated
Good Knowledge of MS Office
Very good language skills in English and German
Analytical and conceptual skills structured and independent way of working
