Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Billing/Inventory Administrator to support and strengthen the Companys titling billing and inventory department. This role partners closely with the Accounting team to deliver clear accurate data into our software system.
Responsibilities
- Process Daily New & Used Inventory Transactions
- Process Daily Wholesale & Dealer Trade Transactions
- Audit Deals for compliance with Federal State and City Laws as well as Corporate Policies and Procedures
- Post each deal which met compliance requirements into proper accounting journals
- Process all paperwork to prepare for Trade-in payoffs
- Properly review and post sales commission
- Properly post all commission adjustment entries after each pay period
- Perform schedule maintenance on Inventory We-Owe Payoff and Payable schedules
- Prepare all check requests needed for each deal.
- Maintain New & Used Vehicle Inventory Files
- Maintain Wholesale & Dealer Trade Worksheet Files
- Maintain Auto Exchange File
- Process Auto Exchange Deal Transactions
- Perform Auto Exchange Reconciliation
- Perform Intercompany Accounting Reconciliation
Qualifications
- Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written.

- Superior customer service skills.
- Self-starter and self-motivated.
- Ability to work well in a process-driven environment.
- Experience in a dealership a plus
- Experience in CDK a plus
