About the Role
Were looking for a Blue Prism Developer to join a global Process Excellence & Automation function. Youll design build and support scalable automation solutions that improve business processes across multiple departments.
This is a hands-on development role with strong exposure to stakeholders business analysts and delivery teams working on automation projects end-to-end.
Model of work: Hybrid in London 3 days office/ 2 days remote

Key Responsibilities
Design develop and maintain automation solutions using Blue Prism
Work closely with Business Analysts to translate requirements into automation designs
Build reusable objects and processes aligned with best practice standards
Create SIT/UAT test scripts and support testing cycles through to deployment
Produce deployment and hypercare documentation
Provide post-go-live support troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis
Contribute to continuous improvement of automation standards and delivery approach
Support knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team
Required Skills & Experience
2 years hands-on experience developing automation solutions in Blue Prism
Blue Prism Professional Developer accreditation (required)
Proven delivery of multiple automation projects end-to-end
Strong understanding of automation best practices exception handling and logging
Experience integrating Blue Prism with REST APIs / Web Services
Technical background in software development (e.g. C# Java C or similar)
Strong analytical skills and structured problem-solving approach
Confident communicator with ability to work across technical and non-technical teams
Nice to Have
Experience mentoring junior developers
Consulting or client-facing background
Experience in fast-paced global environments
