Job Summary

Position: Ethics & Equity HR Advisor
Location: Oshawa ON (onsite)
Structure: Contract 6 months to start
Pay:$37.00 - $45.00 p/h inc. HST

We have a great new opportunity to support one of our Energy Sector clients in a contract capacity!

Deliverables

Manage and respond to ethics-related inquiries and complaints including intake assessment investigation support and resolution in alignment with governance and confidentiality standards.
Develop and maintain ethics documentation procedures and case management records ensuring compliance with organizational policies and administrative fairness principles.
Provide advisory support to business units HR and leadership on ethics matters conflict of interest issues and appropriate management actions.
Support continuous improvement of ethics processes systems and awareness initiatives through training reporting and stakeholder engagement.

Experience Required

Experience in ethics employee relations HR operations or governance functions within complex organizational environments.
Strong knowledge of ethics frameworks complaint management processes and codes of conduct including conflict of interest management.
Experience conducting or supporting investigations case management and handling sensitive or confidential workplace matters.
Strong communication documentation and stakeholder advisory skills with the ability to work across HR legal and operational teams.
CHRP certification considered an asset along with experience working in structured governance and compliance environments.
