The Talent Analyst supports the Talent & Engagement function by providing data-driven insights operational coordination and process support across talent acquisition talent management employee relations and engagement initiatives. This role plays a critical part in ensuring data integrity process efficiency and actionable insights that inform strategic talent decisions.
This position serves as an entry point into the Talent & Engagement career path with opportunities for growth into HR Partner and leadership roles.
Responsibilities:
- Collect analyze and report on key talent metrics including but not limited to: employee relations trends. exit and stay interview data employee engagement and survey results and talent acquisition metrics (e.g. time-to-fill pipeline health)
- Collaborate with HR Systems and other teams to develop and maintain dashboards and recurring reports to support leadership decision-making
- Identify trends and provide insights to improve talent strategies and outcomes
- Support job description management within Workday ensuring accuracy and consistency. Assist with requisition tracking and status reporting as processes transition into Workday.
- Partner with Compensation and HR Systems teams to coordinate updates and maintain alignment.
- Track and maintain data related to contract and temporary labor spend position change and workforce realignments and other labor spend as required.
- Identify opportunities to streamline and improve manual processes over time.
- Coordinate regular status meetings with Compensation and Talent teams to track progress of job change requests
- Support compliance reporting and audits related to talent processes
- Maintain high standards of data integrity across systems and reporting
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business or related preferred
- At least two years of human resources support analysis and/or project experience
- Experience with curating organizing and analyzing data to identify patterns trends and inconsistencies
- Excels as a collaborative member of a team delivering dependable support and responding to inquiries promptly and professionally
- Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring accuracy consistency and timely completion of work
- Clear and concise communication in written and verbal formats
- Working experience with HR systems specifically Workday preferred.
- Knowledge of SBC preferred
