Job Summary

A Sales Executive drives company revenue by identifying engaging and closing deals with new and existing clients. They are responsible for generating leads delivering product presentations negotiating contracts and meeting sales targets. They maintain client relationships update CRM systems and often provide post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
  • Negotiation & Closing: Handling objections and finalizing agreements on pricing and terms.
  • Relationship Management: Building long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business as outlined in Indeed.
  • Reporting & Administration: Maintaining accurate records in CRM software tracking KPIs and reporting on pipeline 6
  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively finding new business opportunities through cold calling networking and following up on inquiries.
  • Sales Process Management: Managing the entire sales cycle from initial contact to negotiation and closing according to resources from LinkIn and 3point.
  • Client Presentations:
    Demonstrating products or services highlighting value propositions and tailoring solutions to client needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written skills for presentations and negotiation.
  • Goal-Oriented: Proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
  • CRM Proficiency: Experience using CRM tools for managing leads and customer data.
  • Product Knowledge: Ability to quickly understand and explain product features and benefits. 4
Common Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in sales customer service or account management.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
