Job Summary

Job Title: Java full stack Developer -18 years of experience

Location: Austin TX - Hybrid- Local candidates Only

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Understand business objectives analyze problems and identify alternative technical solutions with cost/benefit analysis
Analyze user requirements procedures and system challenges to automate processes and enhance existing systems
Collaborate with business units and stakeholders to gather input/output requirements data formats and reporting needs
Document detailed functional and technical requirements including program logic and system workflows
Evaluate system capabilities limitations and feasibility of new development or enhancements within existing architecture
Design develop and maintain modern full stack applications using Angular TypeScript and Java
Build responsive user-friendly frontends and scalable backend services using RESTful APIs
Refactor legacy monolithic systems into microservices-based architectures
Develop and manage applications using SQL and NoSQL database technologies
Implement containerization using Docker and orchestration using Kubernetes
Deploy and manage applications in cloud-native or serverless environments
Apply event-driven architecture patterns for scalable and decoupled systems
Integrate DevSecOps practices into CI/CD pipelines and development workflows
Utilize AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot Claude or similar tools
Ensure code quality by writing clean maintainable and well-documented code
Participate actively in Agile ceremonies sprint planning and peer code reviews
Monitor and improve application performance using observability tools like Application Insights and Prometheus
Implement feature flags and progressive delivery techniques for safer deployments
Experience in full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) across Agile environments
Strong expertise in Angular TypeScript and modern frontend development
Extensive experience in Java backend development and REST API design
Strong knowledge of relational and non-relational database design
Hands-on experience with Docker Kubernetes and cloud platforms
Experience transforming monolithic applications into microservices
Familiarity with observability and monitoring tools
Experience with feature toggles and progressive delivery models
Strong documentation and communication skills
