Expected Salary:	Commensurate with education and experience. Minimum Requirements:	Licensed to practice medicine in accordance with Chapter 458 Florida Statutes* plus four years of appropriate experience. Completion of a residency program may substitute for the required experience.
Preferred Qualifications:	Certification/License in the state of Florida Federal DEA Certification. Medical Degree M.D. D.O. or foreign equivalent. Board certified in Family Medicine. Completion of an accredited residency program.
