- You are a qualified financial accountant with a minimum of 4 years of finance experience including at least 3 years in a leadership role preferably within retail or consumer goods.

Your Responsibilities
Budgeting and amp; Forecasting
- You will develop and manage comprehensive budgets financial forecasts and reports that support strategic decision-making across the business.
- You will ensure that financial planning is proactive accurate and aligned with the companys growth objectives.
- Financial Analysis and amp; Reporting
- You will conduct thorough financial analysis to identify trends forecast future performance and present clear insights to the leadership team.
- You will own financial reporting across the business ensuring leadership always has accurate and timely information to act on.
Cash Flow Management
- You will ensure the efficient management of the companys cash flow to sustain daily operations and support strategic initiatives.
- You will monitor liquidity closely and flag risks before they impact business continuity.
- Compliance and amp; Risk Management
- You will oversee compliance with statutory law and financial regulations ensuring the business operates within all legal and regulatory requirements.
- You will proactively manage financial risk putting controls in place to protect the organisations financial integrity.
Stakeholder Management
- You will work closely with department heads and external partners including banks and investors to optimise financial performance and alignment.
- You will build strong working relationships across the business serving as a trusted financial partner to leadership and key stakeholders.
Team Leadership
- You will lead and develop the finance team fostering a culture of high performance accountability and continuous improvement.
- You will mentor team members and invest in their growth building a finance function that scales with the business.

To be considered for this role you should have
- A Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or a related field. A Masters degree or professional qualifications such as ACCA CFA or CPA is highly desirable.
- Completed ICAN qualification is mandatory.
- A minimum of 4 years of finance experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role preferably in retail or consumer goods.
- Strong strategic financial acumen with a proven ability to develop and implement financial strategies aligned to business goals.
- Advanced proficiency in financial software ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel.
- Excellent analytical communication and interpersonal skills.
