Job Description:
The primary purpose of this job position is to maintain assigned areas in a clean sanitary safe orderly and attractive manner in accordance with established procedures and as directed by your supervisor.
Responsibilities
- Provide quality housekeeping services to residents.
- Clean resident apartments and common areas based on the guidelines and schedule determined by the Housekeeping Supervisors.
- Be helpful and polite to residents be understanding of their needs and respect their privacy personal property and confidentiality.
- Keep areas of responsibility clean neat and organized.
- Cooperate and be polite to all staff residents and visitors.
Qualifications
- Experience with general cleaning products and procedures preferred. Prior experience in hotel or office settings a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules operation maintenance instructions and procedure manuals written in English.
- Must be able to speak read write and understand English.
- Ability to manage your time efficiently.
- Able to work in various weather elements.
- Work well unsupervised.
- Ability to lift at least 25 pounds.
- Capable of being organized and maintaining a professional appearance.
- Hard worker.
- Team player.
Schedule: Mon- Fri 7am- 3:30pm
