We are growing and seeking a Staff Accountant to join our team. This role will be located at our HQ office in Roswell GA.
Staff Accountant Responsibilities:
- General Ledger Management: Recording daily transactions reconciling bank/credit card accounts and maintaining accurate financial data.
- Data Analysis: Reviewing accounts to identify discrepancies and suggesting cost-saving opportunities
- Assist with accounts payable (managing invoice processing vendor payments and incoming funds to maintain healthy cash flow
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables v-lookups) and experience with accounting software like NetSuite.
- 1-3 years of Accounting experience required
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
- Proficient in word processing and spreadsheet software
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team
- Strong understanding of federal state and local tax regulations
