Key Responsibilities:

Review and assess licensing and supervision processes for crypto asset exchanges / digital asset trading platforms
Evaluate regulatory processes and frameworks against international best practices and standards
Conduct interviews process walkthroughs and document reviews with senior stakeholders
Identify gaps and weaknesses in existing processes and provide practical recommendations
Prepare clear audit findings reports and executive summaries

Key Requirements:

6–10 years of experience in financial services regulation compliance or capital markets
Prior experience working with or for a financial regulator stock exchange or regulated trading venue
Good understanding of crypto asset exchanges or digital asset trading platforms
Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as SEBI IFSCA MiFID II FCA MAS or equivalent
Experience in process reviews regulatory audits or compliance assessments
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
