Were working with a well-established and forward-thinking Building Services Design Consultancy looking to appoint a Sustainability Consultant (BREEAM) to support their expanding project portfolio.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a sustainability professional with BREEAM experience who is looking to develop their career within a collaborative and supportive environment while working on a diverse range of projects.
The Role
As a Sustainability Consultant you will:
- Deliver BREEAM assessments from pre-assessment through to certification
- Support the delivery of sustainability strategies across multiple projects
- Liaise with clients design teams and contractors
- Provide guidance on achieving sustainability targets and credits
- Assist with project documentation and evidence submissions
- Work closely with senior team members on wider sustainability services
Technical Responsibilities
- BREEAM assessments across a range of schemes
- Support with energy and sustainability reporting
- Assist in the delivery of environmental certifications and compliance
- Contribute to sustainability statements for planning
- Keep up to date with UK sustainability standards and frameworks
About You
- Experience delivering BREEAM assessments (ESSENTIAL)
- BREEAM Assessor/BREEAM AP qualification (or working towards)
- Degree in Sustainability Environmental Science or similar
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Willingness to work in the Milton Keynes office 2 days per week
