Job Summary
- Product & Process Development
: Champion the Product Development Process
: Lead engineering development of powder metallurgy components and manufacturing processes
: Develop and optimize powder metallurgy processes tooling concepts and manufacturing parameters
: Support process validation and product launch activities
: Develop and execute trials analyze data and implement process improvements
- Materials & Manufacturing Engineering
: Apply knowledge of powder metallurgy materials and sintering processes
: Support powder raw material development and composition optimization
: Identify and resolve process and manufacturing issues
- Customer Engineering Support
: Participate in product design reviews and provide feedback
: Participate in technical discussions with customers regarding product and process feasibility
- Manufacturing Support
: Provide technical support for mass production products
: Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality or process issues
- VAVE
: Lead Value Analysis Value Engineering initiatives to improve product cost performance and manufacturing efficiency.
: Apply technical expertise in powder metallurgy materials and processes
: Lead powder raw material development and composition optimization
- Global Communication
: Participate in global meetings and communicate effectively with international ps and customers in English
- Professional Attributes
: Demonstrate strong ownership accountability and dedication to assigned work
: Take responsibility for delivering high-quality engineering results
: Support project objectives and team goals through effective collaboration
: Manage tasks and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Project Coordination
: Support product development activities following APQP milestones (RFQ Design review Prototype Validation SOP)
: Participate in APQP milestones and technical project reviews
: Organize and lead internal and external project meetings and technical reviews
