Job Summary
Facilities Manager
Full-time 24-month contract
Camberwell VIC
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to lead the delivery of high-quality facilities services across our portfolio. This is a key role responsible for ensuring our buildings infrastructure and assets are maintained to the highest standards creating safe compliant and welcoming environments for residents staff and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage essential services compliance and maintenance programs
- Oversee planned and reactive maintenance across multiple sites
- Lead contractor performance tenders and service agreements
- Deliver capital works projects on time and within budget
- Support asset management planning and lifecycle strategies
- Lead coach and develop a high-performing team
- Manage budgets reporting and cost control
- Ensure compliance with accreditation safety and WHS standards
About You
To be successful in this role you will have the following:
- Proven experience in facilities contractor and project management
- Strong technical knowledge of building infrastructure and maintenance
- Experience with essential safety measures and compliance
- Demonstrated leadership and team development skills
- Solid budgeting and asset management experience
