The Data& ReportingAnalyst will be a key member of theUpstream Analytical Support teamsupportingupstreamfinancialsand performance analytics. Working closely withUpstreamAccountingteamsUpstream BPF teams andUpstream operations amongst other teamsthis role will focus on data-driven insights tohelpunderstand spendoptimizefinancialforecastingand add operational transparencyforUpstream ARO andProject & Fixed Assets GPO.
Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
Data Analysis & Reporting
Develop andmaintaindashboards and reports tomonitorfinancial performance.
Analyze large datasets fromSAP S4HannaJDEandother enterprise systems toidentifytrends anomalies and opportunities for cost optimization.
Support monthly and quarterly reporting cycles including variance analysis and performance scorecardsfor Upstream assets and ARO.
Support AFE Nav and AFE Lifecycle Tooldeploymentsby developingand implementingthetoolsfor the different regionsengagingwiththe businessto understandunique workflows workingwith the vendor togainexpertiseandaddressknowledge gaps coordinating thedifferent phasesandbeing the focal point fortheteams involved.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partnerwith the Finance AnalystsBPF Teamsand Data Insightsteamsto align data insights providing supporttoUpstream Assets and Asset Retirementorganization.
Serve as a data liaison betweenOperations BPFTeamsandAnalytical Support Team.
Collaborate withAFE Nav vendortogainexpertiseand address knowledge gapstoensurea successfulimplementation of the tool.
Process Improvement & Automation
Identify opportunities to streamline data workflows and automate recurring reporting tasks.
Contribute to the development of standardized data models and templates for financial and contract analysis.
Governance & Compliance
Ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.
Providedata validation and performance metrics.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration Public Accountant or related.
- 7 years of relevant work experience in Finance.
- Advanced level of English.
- Experience with SAP and S4Hanna.
