Job Summary
Primary Purpose Of Position
Design and deliver interactive financial literacy lessons for camp participants Teach core concepts such as budgeting saving spending credit investing and basic entrepreneurship Facilitate hands-on activities simulations and group discussions to reinforce learning Create a positive inclusive and engaging learning environment Supervise campers during instructional periods and assist with transitions as needed Collaborate with camp leadership and staff to support daily programming Maintain classroom materials and ensure activities align with camp goals Uphold all university and camp safety policies including youth protection standards
Preferred Years Experience Skills Training Education
Minimum: Bachelors degree in Finance Business Economics Education or a related field (or equivalent experience) Experience teaching mentoring or working with youth (K12 preferred) Strong communication and classroom management skills Ability to simplify complex financial concepts for young learners Dependable organized and enthusiastic about youth education Preferred: 3 Years of experience
