Job Summary
Essential Functions
Maintain grounds. Keep the grounds clean from litter and trash. Mow trim rake and irrigate all areas. Trim and prune trees and shrubs. Plant trees shrubs and flowers. Responsible for the safe operation of equipment while performing various essential functions of the position; lawn and garden tractors with a mower or blade attachment sidewalk edgers mowers with front-mounted mower blades push mowers weed eaters and a variety of small hand tools. Maintain and fuel vehicles. Wash the exterior and clean the interior of vehicles as needed. Promote a Culture of Belonging Support and promote an environment of belonging where all students faculty members and college employees feel welcomed valued and empowered to contribute. Foster a community where each individual and their varied perspectives enrich the educational experience and create a safe and respectful environment. Support the Colleges policies and programming related to access fair employment and equal opportunities for all.
Minimum Qualifications
At least sixteen (16) years of age or older Valid Drivers License and the ability to qualify for auto insurance coverage
