ServiceNow SourcetoPay (S2P) Architect
Experience: 12-15 Years Role: Solution / Enterprise Architect
Role Summary : Lead the endtoend architecture and solution design of enterprisescale SourcetoPay implementations on the ServiceNow platform. Act as the design authority ensuring the solution is scalable compliant and aligned to procurement finance audit and IT standards.
Key Responsibilities
Own overall S2P solution architecture covering Sourcing Contract Management Procurement Supplier Lifecycle Invoicing and Approvals
Define OOTB vs configuration vs customization strategy with strong platform governance
Architect integrations with ERP (SAP/Oracle/Dynamics) finance supplier portals and external systems
Ensure compliance with audit procurement regulations SoD and approval controls
Provide architectural leadership across presales design build UAT and rollout
Engage senior stakeholders; present solution options tradeoffs and roadmaps
Review and approve HLDs LLDs and technical designs
Requirements
10 years on ServiceNow deep specialization in S2P / SPO
Strong knowledge of procurement & finance processes (S2C P2P contracts invoicing)
Solid grasp of Flow Designer IntegrationHub App Engine Performance Analytics
Experience designing secure resilient integration architectures
Certifications (Preferred)
ServiceNow CTA /CMA
Required Skills:
