Ivy is building the worlds first programmable bank. We know the bank of the future is going to be fully regulated and stablecoin-native. Your Mission
Make our office a place people love to work from. You keep our office running smoothly and support events and offsites that bring the team together and enable great collaboration.
Your Daily Business - No two days are alike
Ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of our office
Coordinate and manage facility services
Support the planning and preparation of team events and offsites
Welcome and assist guests as our first point of contact
Contribute to a positive motivating and collaborative team atmosphere
Your Skillset - What you bring to the table
Youre fluent in German (C2) and English
Youre available daily and can work 20 hours a week
Youre hands-on and enjoy fixing setting up or improving things around the office
You like organising spaces and making sure everything is where it should be
Youre open friendly and communicative and enjoy interacting with colleagues guests and candidates
The position is suitable both as a part-time role and for students.
