Description
Location:This position is full-time (40-hours/week) Monday-Friday from 7:30am-4:00pm in a typical office environment. This role is located on-site at 4101 Percival Rd. Columbia SC 29229. After successfully completing 90 days of training this position may transition to a hybrid work schedule based on performance and business needs.
What Youll Do:
Research claims history to identify claims to be adjusted for refunds. Update claims systems to ensure that the refund process will be completed. Adjust claims history to reflect refunded amounts.
Process transactions to post purged claims and special checks.
Respond accurately and timely to inquiries from internal and external customers.
To Qualify for This Position Youll Need the Following:
Required Education:High School Diploma or equivalent
Required Work Experience:1 year of claims processing experience.
Required Skills and Abilities:
Strong communication skills.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
General knowledge of related processing support systems.
Basic math skills.
Required Software and Other Tools:Microsoft Office.

Preferred Work Experience:1 year of refund experience.
