Talent Acquisition Intern
Job Summary
Are you passionate about people with a drive for results and a great sense of humor We are looking for a motivated intern to join our dynamic recruitment team for a minimum of 3 months! You will work in tandem with our recruiters Françoise and Bob while being mentored closely by our Talent Acquisition Manager Laurent.
In this role youll gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment where your energy truly makes an impact. If youre eager to learn and ready to dive into the action you will fit right in!
Your Impact
As a full member of the team you wont just watch youll dive right in! Supported by experienced colleagues you will have the opportunity to:
Recruit: Own the end-to-end recruitment of junior consultants and interns alongside Laurent our Recruitment Manager.
Source: Partner with Françoise and Bob to identify top talent on different platforms like LinkedIn plan of screening calls and first interviews with candidates etc
Innovate: Contribute to different projects linked to our recruitment activities such as Employer Branding referral programs and process improvements.
Create: Develop social media content (videos campaigns and job ads) to boost our visibility.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Education: Final year student (Bachelor or Master) in HR Psychology Business Administration or related field.
Languages: Fluent in English and Dutch French is a plus.
Tech Savvy: A strong interest in talent acquisition techniques and digital marketing.
Interpersonal Skills: A natural talent for connecting with people via phone video call and face-to-face.
Mindset: A proactive organized and enthusiastic problem-solver with a proven capacity to multi-task while maintaining high levels of accuracy.
Logistics: Driving license is a plus & open to attending events.
Duration: Available for a minimum of 3 months (4-5 days/week).
