As part of our Surgery business you will join a high-performing collaborative and customerfocused team dedicated to advancing surgical outcomes in one of the most rapidly evolving specialties in MedTech. This field-based role covers the Romandie region working closely with surgeons operating room teams and hospital stakeholders to deliver bestinclass solutions that help transform patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and capitalize on business opportunities while developing strategies to achieve sales targets
- Provide comprehensive support to hospitals including product consultation and application in surgery
- Introduce new product innovations and strengthen adoption of existing product lines
- Plan and facilitate workshops and training sessions for healthcare professionals
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with surgeons OR staff purchasing managers and key decision-makers
- Grow market share in the portfolio across the Romandie region
- Ensure high-quality clinical and technical support for surgeons during product use
- Increase customer satisfaction through strong partnership training and service excellence
Qualifications Required:
- University degree (Uni/FH)
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience ideally within medical devices or a clinical environment
- Experience specifically in orthopaedics and/or surgery
- Strong customer orientation with excellent communication and negotiation skills
- A selfdriven solutionoriented professional with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Very good German and English language skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and willingness to travel within the region
- Familiarity with hospital procurement processes and clinical workflows
