In this role you will be welcoming our customers and governing processes for the following:
Role Responsibilities
You will be responsible for welcoming customers and providing them with guidance and help in processing their transactions.
You will ensure that all transactions are performed in accordance with our compliance rules and you will professionally deal with customers inquiries in a timely manner.
Role Requirements
Fluency in French and English languages. Knowledge of Dutch and additional language would be a plus.
Customer service experience in money transfer and change operations would be considered a great advantage.
Problem-solving skills.
Experience in cash management.
Strong communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office tools.
