Position Overview
Navitas Healthcare LLC is looking for compassionate and reliable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to support temporary assignments at state-run long-term care facilities. This role offers a great opportunity to enhance your clinical experience while providing quality care in a professional setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient and resident care based on established care plans
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing dressing and mobility support
- Observe and report changes in patient condition to the healthcare team
- Collaborate with staff to ensure effective care plan implementation
- Follow all facility policies and comply with state and federal regulations
- Maintain a clean safe and respectful care environment
Qualifications
- Active CNA license (or eligibility prior to start)
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to work temporary assignments and travel if needed
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Two professional references from the past three years
