Job Summary

We are looking for a self-driven and hands-on Oracle Fusion Managed Services Lead who combines deep functional expertise across Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications (ERP HCM SCM) with strong capabilities in project delivery service management and client engagement.

This role requires aplayer-coachwho can operate at both strategic and execution levels driving solution design supporting complex issues hands-on leading delivery teams and owning client success. You will be responsible forplanning executing and continuously improving Oracle Fusion services and projects while ensuring alignment with business goals and delivering measurable value to clients.

The ideal candidate brings a balance offunctional depth innovation mindset structured project management and strong stakeholder management with the ability to scale delivery and build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Hands-on Oracle Fusion Expertise & Innovation

  • Act as ahands-on functional leaderacross Oracle Fusion ERP HCM and SCM modules
  • Providesolution design configuration guidance and troubleshooting supportfor complex business scenarios
  • Drivecontinuous innovation and optimization identifying opportunities to enhance business processes using Oracle Fusion capabilities
  • Leadplanning and roadmap definitionfor enhancements upgrades and adoption of new Oracle features
  • Championautomation AI-driven insights and process standardizationacross Fusion applications
  • Stay current with Oracle quarterly releases and proactively recommend improvements

Project Management & Delivery Ownership

  • Ownend-to-end deliveryof Oracle Fusion projects enhancements and managed services engagements
  • Develop and manageproject plans timelines resources and budgetswith strong attention to execution discipline
  • Leadprogram planning sprint planning and release managementacross multiple workstreams
  • Implement structuredgovernance risk management and change control processes
  • Ensure delivery withinscope schedule cost and quality expectations
  • Drivetransition planningfrom implementation to steady-state support with full accountability

Managed Services & Operational Excellence

  • Establish and run ascalable managed services modelwith clear SLAs KPIs and governance
  • Oversee incident problem and change management processes with a focus onrapid resolution and root cause analysis
  • Ensurehigh system availability business continuity and user satisfaction
  • Identify and implementcontinuous improvement initiativesto enhance service quality and efficiency
  • Drivedelivery excellence across onshore/offshore teams ensuring productivity and quality

Customer & Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as theprimary point of contact and trusted advisorfor client stakeholders
  • Build strong relationships withbusiness users IT leadership and executive sponsors
  • Leadregular governance forums(weekly monthly quarterly) with clear communication on delivery status risks and value realization
  • Translate business requirements intopractical Oracle Fusion solutions
  • Proactively managestakeholder expectations escalations and conflict resolution
  • Drivecustomer satisfaction retention and growththrough consistent value delivery

Business Development & Strategic Contribution

  • Support pre-sales and solutioning withhands-on inputs into architecture estimates and delivery approach
  • Contribute toproposals SOWs and client presentations
  • Identifyupsell and cross-sell opportunitieswithin existing accounts
  • Build reusableaccelerators templates and best practicesto scale delivery


Required Qualifications

  • 10 years of experience with Oracle Cloud Applications withstrong hands-on expertisein ERP HCM or SCM
  • Proven ability toconfigure troubleshoot and optimize Oracle Fusion modules
  • Strong experience inproject/program management and service delivery
  • Demonstrated experience inplanning roadmap development and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Excellentcustomer-facing and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience managingglobal delivery teams (onshore/offshore model)
  • Knowledge of ITSM tools (e.g. ServiceNow JIRA) and SLA-based delivery


Preferred Qualifications

  • Oracle Fusion Cloud certifications (ERP HCM SCM)
  • Experience with Oracle EPM Cloud (Planning Budgeting Forecasting)
  • Background in consulting and managed services programs
