Position Overview
We are looking for a full-time Case Manager to add to our team! You will need a bachelors degree in social work or a related human services field (with a masters degree preferred) experience working with children and families a valid Class E Drivers License CPR certification.
A Day in The Life as a Case Manager
Youll support a caseload of 1318 children by visiting youth and parents regularly coordinating family and sibling visits and ensuring each childs needs are met. Your day includes partnering with courts schools and child welfare professionals attending hearings and leading Family Support Team meetings. Youll connect families with community resources complete timely documentation and transport children to appointments as needed. Youll also rotate through limited on-call weeks with additional pay for after-hours support.
This role requires regular in-state travel to locations such as Kansas City Columbia Springfield Cape Girardeau ETC. as well as occasional out-of-state travel for kinship placements.

Were looking for a compassionate and highly organized Foster Care Case Manager to support children in state custody and the families who care for them ensuring their safety stability and progress toward permanency while demonstrating strong communication documentation and problem-solving skills.
