Conlan Tire is an industry leading semi-truck tire retreading company. We retread commercial tires for trucking companies so they can save money on tires. We also sell new tires and passenger vehicle tires. At our store locations we provide tire services to our customers out of our service shop and we have mobile technicians that go out and help customers on the road. We are currently looking to add a Coordinator to our plant location in Tulsa OK.
Must be able to work 8am - 5:00pm Monday through Friday
Duties Include but not limited:
- Customer service direct customer liaison ensuring customer process compliance
- Billing of customers orders
- Dispatch technicians to roadside service when need be
- Gather and organize billing information from technicians
- General administrative duties
- Provide support to store and service management
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- 1-2 years in tire industry preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Moderate proficiency with office based software
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Associates Degree preferred but not required
