Job Summary
Required:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering Process Engineering Energy Engineering or a closely related discipline
- On track to meet the requirements for professional engineer registration
Preferred:
- Coursework or project experience related to energy systems power generation hydrogen/clean fuels or nuclear processes
- Currently in your sophomore or junior year of college.

As part of the Worley Graduate Community you will gain hands-on experience within our process engineering team while working under close supervision and mentorship. This role is designed to provide practical exposure to how engineering projects are delivered giving you the opportunity to apply your academic knowledge to real-world projects across renewables nuclear and power network infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the delivery of process engineering services in alignment with Worley customer and regulatory requirements ensuring work is completed on time and within scope
- Support process engineering activities including:
- Contributing to studies analyses and technical evaluations and assisting in identifying practical solutions
- Assisting with the preparation of designs drawings specifications data calculations and technical reports
- Collaborate with the process engineering team and other project stakeholders to support project objectives
- Actively learn and apply process engineering principles tools and best practices in a project environment
What you will bring
Technical/Industry Experience and Qualifications Requirements:
- Foundational knowledge of process engineering principles through coursework in Chemical Engineering Process Engineering or Energy Engineering
- Basic understanding of core concepts such as mass and energy balances fluid flow heat transfer and thermodynamics
- Interest in energy systems including renewables (e.g. hydrogen solar wind) nuclear processes or power network infrastructure
- Awareness of the fundamental requirements of process engineering and how it interfaces with other engineering disciplines
- Interest in developing skills in process engineering tools and software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel Word etc.)
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn in a team environment
