Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive detailorientedMarketingExperienceSpecialistto join theManulifeVitalitymarketingteam within Manulifes Canadian Marketing organization. You will play a pivotal role in delivering highimpact advisor-facing experiences across the country.

This role primarily supportscreating advisor experiencesfor the ManulifeVitalityportfolio while also contributing to strategic marketing initiatives that help drive advisor engagement and business growth across individual insurance.

Position Responsibilities:

Marketing & Strategic Support

  • Assist Marketing Leads with the execution of advisor and member marketing initiatives across various channels (email web sales enablement etc.).
    Support the development of project briefs content routing translation requests and approval workflows.

  • Review creative for accuracy brand alignment and quality.

  • Conduct reporting and insights analysis to support marketing performance measurement.

  • Provide budget coordination support and vendor/partner administration as needed.

  • Contribute to the planning and execution of priority marketing initiatives that drive advisor growth engagement and programengagement.

  • Serve as a marketing generalist eager to learn contribute and grow within afast pacedteam.

EventOverview& Execution

  • Supportplanning management and execution ofevents that enhance brand visibility and strengthen relationships with Advisors and key partners.

  • Support eventlogisticsfrom conception to completion including venueselection catering audiovisual needs and onsite coordination.

  • Liaise with internal stakeholders vendors and partners to ensure seamless execution and alignment with business goals.

  • Help with event budgets to ensurecost effectiveplanning and delivery.

  • Supportpost eventreporting insights and recommendations for future improvements.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and attendee engagement throughout the event lifecycle.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum3years experienceinmarketing or communication related roles.

  • 2yearsexperiencein event planning event marketing or related fields with a proventrack recordof successful execution.

  • Bachelor degree or certificate in Marketing and/or event planning.

  • Excellent communication organizational and project management skills.

  • Ability to work independently while being an effective team collaborator.

  • Strong attention to detail problemssolvingcapability and comfort managing multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build andmaintainrelationships with internal teams external partners and vendors.

  • Good writing and verbal skills.

  • Self-starter.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset. If the successful candidate is in Québec proficiency in both languages will be required to support clients from various provinces outside of Quebec.

  • Proficiencywith core tools such as Microsoft Office; exposure to Adobe Workfront CVent or eventand workflow specific tools is an asset.

Salary range is expected to be between

$59100.00 CAD - $98500.00 CAD

Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance. The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge skills qualifications experience and education/training.
