The Position
We are seeking a dedicatedASDIN-certified Interventional Nephrologistto join our premier outpatient surgical center in North Little Rock. This is a full-time role designed for a physician who values clinical excellence and a high-quality balanced lifestyle.
As the primary interventionalist you will lead dialysis access procedures in a streamlined efficient outpatient environment. We pride ourselves on a physician-led culture that prioritizes patient outcomes and professional satisfaction.
Schedule & Compensation
Hours:Monday through Friday7:00 AM 4:00 PM.
Work-Life Balance:Absolutelyno weekend or night calls.
Time Off:Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) and most major holidays off.

Leadership Track:Opportunity to become aMedical Directorbased on experience or after one year of successful employment.
Candidate Requirements
Medical degree (MD or DO) with board certification in Nephrology.
ASDIN Certificationin Interventional Nephrology is required.
Strong clinical skills in dialysis access management and interventional procedures.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
