Application Support Analyst
Job Summary
We currentlyhave an opportunity for an Application Support Analyst.Join our technology hub team and play a key role in providing level 2 support for critical business IT applications and systems in an ITIL environment. Reportingto Application Support Manager youllhelp deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services.
What Youll Do
Thisrole offers a broad scope with key responsibilities including:
- Ensure Business Technology applications are supported and maintained.
- Co-ordinate updates to applications including scheduling outages as required in compliance with ITSM processes.
- Provide second-level support and administration for enterprise systems including Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online and Power Platform.
- Support the business with application configuration training and documentation.
- Oversee Incident Management Problem Management Service Request Management Change Management etc. through ServiceNow.
- Provide customer service levels as required in the Services Specification KPIs.
What Youll Bring
- A Tertiary qualification in Information Technology or equivalent and an ITIL certification would be an added advantage.
- Must be an Australian Citizen.
- Experience in ICT applications development and/or support in an ITIL environment.
- Previous experience in MS SQL queries (Desired)
- Experience in MS Technologies and/or Power Platform Support (Desired)
- Strong understanding of level 2 and level 3 application support.
