- Masters degree in Social Work Psychology Psychiatric Nursing or related Mental Health field. Required
- 3 years of clinical experience in an established psychiatric setting. Required
- Experience working in a managed care environment. Required
- Current valid licensure from the State of Illinois or active pursuit with licensure obtained within two years of being in the position. Required
- Licensure must be a LCPC LPC LSW AMFT or LMFT. Required
- Maintains current nonviolent crisis intervention certification. Required
- (annual)-Exception-not required for BHR therapists. Required
