Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in food & beverage leadership preferably in multi-outlet or hospitality environments
- Experience in hotels resorts or upscale restaurant groups preferred
- Strong operational knowledge of inventory management POS systems and labor controls
- Proven track record of building teams and delivering high-quality guest experiences
- Experience in structured systems-driven environments
- Comfortable working in a startup or ground-up build environment
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and oversight of all food & beverage operations across multiple dining venues
- Build hire and develop the full dining and culinary leadership team
- Partner closely with the Executive Chef to ensure quality and execution
- Implement operational systems including POS inventory controls and processes
- Oversee staffing scheduling and labor management
- Drive hospitality standards and enhance resident dining experience
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards
- Manage budgets purchasing and cost controls
- Maintain a strong visible leadership presence across the community
