As a Business Analyst at Ivanti youll analyze complex datasets to inform key business initiatives uncover customer behavior patterns and support GTM operations across Marketing Sales and Customer Success. What Youll Do

Learn and understand Ivantis business model product portfolio and go-to-market strategy in a dynamic global technology environment
Analyze product and GTM funnel data to uncover patterns trends and opportunities for improvement
Streamline and automate recurring Excel reports and data processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual effort
Present analysis and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences
Gather and validate requirements from business stakeholders and contribute to ongoing improvement of analytic workflows
Build and maintain intuitive dashboards to visualize KPIs and business performance
Compile and quality check data from different sources ensuring reports are accurate and actionable
Contribute to ongoing improvement of analytics processes and best practices

What Youll Bring

Bachelors degree in Information Systems Economics or a related field
Coursework or hands-on experience (internships projects etc.) in data analysis SQL and Excel; exposure to dashboard tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau) is helpful
Strong written and verbal communication; able to craft compelling presentations for technical and non-technical audiences
Logical detail-oriented and excited to solve business problems with data
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills; able to break down complex data sets and share clear actionable insights
