The Role

As a Student Support Assistant you are a vital part of the safety team. Youll ride alongside our professional drivers to ensure a safe comfortable and positive environment for every student on the bus.

What Youll Do:

• Assist Students: Help students board and exit the bus safely providing extra support for younger children or those with special needs.

• Maintain Safety: Monitor the bus environment to ensure all students remain seated and safe while in motion.

• Community Connection: Build positive rapport with students acting as a helpful guide during their daily commute.

• Team Collaboration: Partner with our drivers to manage the bus environment effectively and professionally.
