The Role

We are seeking a skilled and adaptable Microsoft 365 Consultant to join our growing team. This role is responsible for designing configuring managing and supporting Microsoft applications such as Power Apps Power Automate Copilot SharePoint Purview and Dynamics 365.

As a Microsoft 365 Consultant at Elantis youll be responsible for:

• Developing solutions in SharePoint Power Apps Power Automate Copilot Purview and Dynamics 365.
• Providing ongoing administration management and enhancements to Microsoft 365 applications particularly related to Microsoft modern work business applications and data & AI solutions.
• Serving as the main point of contact for client requests and inquiries.
• Working collaboratively with clients to gather requirements demonstrate solutions support UAT and deployment.
• Delivering responsive tier 3 support for existing Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Monitoring and proactively making recommendations to optimize Microsoft solutions in line with best practices.
• Developing and delivering client-facing reports on request status environment health SLAs and recommendations for maintenance/optimization.
• Documenting client requests requirements solutions and architecture.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Hands-on experience developing solutions using:
  • Microsoft SharePoint (both on-premise and Online).
  • Microsoft Power Apps (both canvas and model-driven apps) Power Automate Power BI and Power Pages.
  • Microsoft Copilot.
  • Microsoft Purview Defender and Intune.
  • Dynamics 365 Sales Business Central Customer Service and/or Finance and Operations.
  • Dataverse and Azure.
  • PowerShell scripts.
  • Databases and APIs.
  • Experience in consulting roles.
• Articulate excellent communication skills.
• Able to confidently advise clients on solutions.
• Proactive and driven.
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking ability.
• Post-secondary education in a technology related field or equivalent experience.

• PL-900 / MB-910: Power Platform / Dynamics 365 Fundamentals
• PL-200 / PL-400: Power Platform Functional Consultant / Developer Associate
• PL-600: Power Platform Solutions Architect Expert
• SC-900: Security Compliance and Identity Fundamentals
• SC-200 / SC-400: Microsoft Security Operations Analyst / Administrator Associate
• MS-900: Microsoft 365 Fundamentals
• AZ-900 / AI-900: Azure Fundamentals Azure AI Fundamentals
• MB-210 / MB-230 / MB-240: Dynamics 365 Sales Customer Service and Field Service
