Our St. Louis location has an opening for an Entry Level Plate Maker position. This role requires NO EXPERIENCE in manufacturing.
Shift: 1st shift 8am - 4:30pm
The starting pay for this position is $21/hour. Employees are eligible for two 50-cent increases over the first year if they pass the competency assessments.

Experience

Physical Requirements
- Lifting up to 30 lbs.
- Positioning material with the assistance of carts and overhead cranes
- Standing/walking up to 8 hours
- Vision abilities include close vision in the inspection of the work
- Infrequent pushing/pulling of carts
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay for this position is $21 USD hourly. Ultimately in determining pay we will consider the successful candidates location experience and other job-related factors.
