What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants employees contractors and visitors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures access control measures and when appropriate emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of office areas lobbies common spaces parking areas and the perimeter noting irregular activity and potential property concerns.
• Monitor security-related systems and equipment such as cameras alarms and access control devices responding to alerts and reporting issues per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner including assisting with building evacuations and/or coordinating with on-site management and public responders as needed.
• Document and report incidents patrol observations and service requests in written logs and/or electronic reports communicating timely updates to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• The client requires proof of a high school diploma or GED.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
