Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a background in Long-Term Care (LTC) and Psychiatric settings. The ideal candidate will provide compassionate patient-centered care while supporting interdisciplinary teams in a structured healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in LTC and psychiatric settings.
- Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
- Support patient safety comfort and emotional well-being.
- Collaborate with Registered Nurses physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Adhere to established policies procedures and safety standards.
Required Qualifications
- Active LPN license (MA).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Long-Term Care (LTC) and Psychiatric care.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
