Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the school office
Manage incoming calls emails and enquiries professionally
Maintain accurate student records and data systems
Support attendance tracking and reporting
Assist with school communications and documentation
Liaise with staff parents and external agencies
Requirements:
Previous administrative experience (school experience desirable)
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in IT systems including Microsoft Office
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
