About the Role:

Ensure compliance with health safety and environmental regulations
Manage contractors suppliers and facilities staff efficiently
Plan and implement long-term development and maintenance projects
Monitor budgets resources and equipment to ensure cost-effective operations
Work closely with senior leadership to support strategic planning and school development
The Ideal Candidate Will:
Have significant experience in estate management facilities management or property operations ideally in an educational or boarding school setting
Demonstrate strong leadership organisational and problem-solving skills
Be proactive flexible and capable of managing multiple priorities across the estate
