What you will do
Join and actively contribute to the COO Leadership Team providing strategic financial insights and recommendations while serving as the financial partner to the COO.
Lead and manage the Shared Services Controlling team fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Oversee financial planning budgeting forecasting reporting and consolidation processes ensuring compliance with standards and policies.
Analyze financial performance and deliver actionable insights to senior management.
Drive digital transformation and automation initiatives within the controlling function leveraging data analytics and advanced technologies.
Develop and implement data-driven controlling processes to enhance decision-making across the organization.
What you bring & who you are
Extensive experience in controlling financial management or a related field.
Proven expertise in strategic financial advisory and business partnership.
Strong knowledge of financial systems reporting tools and data analytics.
Leadership experience with high-performing teams.
Advanced understanding of shared services models and operational controlling.
Excellent communication and presentation skills for executive-level audiences.
Strategic thinking with a focus on long-term value creation.
