Why this role

Sales and Operations Planning Team Lead will assist and supports KSEA S&OP manager to implement and maintaining S&OP process and activities. The responsibilities are including strategic planning data analysis preparation of information for Delivery Operations and collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute business processes.

What will you be doing

a) Manage S&OP activities

  • Assist and support S&OP Manager for example with analysis of product mix trends forecast accuracy root causes to identify forecast improvements and lead time trends against assumptions used for the forecasts and commonly agreed One Set of Numbers.
  • Supports S&OP Manager in preparing meaningful decision-making material for monthly Executive Meeting (incl. regional demand plan consolidation mix/trend analysis risk and opportunity identification financial scenario analysis explanation of historical variation to plan for all projects).

b) Order Book Management

  • Analyze Order Book especially on lead time trends against assumptions used for the forecasts.
  • Support Delivery Operations to ensure Order Book accuracy and quality.
  • Responsible to maintain Milestones planning accuracy by coordinating with Project managers & supervisors.
  • Resolves any planning related master data inaccuracies or issues (such as ensuring generally realistic MS2 to MS5 durations in standard networks).

c) Key Driver for In-Process Review (IPR) and Project Portfolio review

  • Drive the IPR review meeting with all stakeholders prepare analysis after IPR review and forecast cost updated in SAP
  • Pro-actively to liaise with Operations Procurement CSE and Finance to understand the Risk and Opportunities of IPR selected projects. Also agreed on corrective actions define responsibilities and deadlines and share learnings.
  • Register all VO Opportunities and Risk (omission) in the tracking.
  • Prepare the IPR Portfolio Review deck to summarize the outcome of IPR and lesson learnt.

d) Accountable for correct and timely booking of received orders and VOs

  • Prepare Order booking absolutes for each of new order booking.
  • Responsible manage and ensures compliance of orders booking and maintain the performance of end-to-end order booking process.
  • Ensure Sales-to-Operations handover has been performed according to the FL policy verifies completeness and quality of order information and books agreed jobs and contracts to KONE systems so they are considered as Order Received (OR).

e) Forecast cost management SAP support and other ad-hoc tasks.

Are you the one

  • Minimum with 3-5 years of experience in Finance or Demand Planning role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Application especially MS Excel and SAP.
  • Strong analytical and demonstrated effective interpersonal and communication skills to effectively communicate with every level of the organization.
  • Experience with Power BI is a plus.
  • Business-driven mindset and ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with written verbal and interpersonal communication skills especially in English
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors Degree Professional Degree in Finance Accountancies or equivalent.
