Whatyoulldo
You will take ownership of thedaytodaymaintenance operation workinghandsonwith your team to keep equipment tools and systems running safely reliably and in full compliance withcGMPsand Global Quality Standards.Youlllead scheduling performance development and workflow oversight auditing work to ensure quality and driving a culture of safety where hazards areidentifiedand addressed early. As the primary escalation point for emergency maintenanceyoullact decisively to minimize downtime and protect people and production.Youllcollaborate closely with Plant Production Supply Chain and Supervisory partners to keep operations efficient and alignedbringing curiosity accountability and a commitment to continuous improvement that reflects NutrecosOwn Itmindset.

Werelooking for a skilled maintenance leader with 58 years of industrial maintenance experience and at least three years in a supervisory role someone who brings deephandsonknowledge of pumps valves piping hydraulics and both mechanical and electrical systems.Yourecomfortable interpreting blueprintsselfmotivatedsafetydriven and committed to high-quality work. You take accountability seriously uphold rigorous standards and model the proactiveproblemsolvingmindset that helps your team succeed. If you thrive in afastpacedproduction environment communicate clearly across functions and embody NutrecosOwn Itapproach through responsibility curiosity and integrityyoullexcel in this role.
Youllalso need:
Strong technicalexpertisein industrial maintenance including pumps valves piping hydraulics and mechanical/electrical systems with the ability to read and interpret blueprints.
Leadership and supervisory experience including managing schedules performance development and daily maintenance operations in afast-pacedproduction environment.
Safety-firstquality-drivenmindset ensuring compliance withcGMPs Global Quality Standards and safety regulations while proactivelyidentifyinghazards andmaintaininghigh work standards.
