WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Self-Starter that can hit the ground running and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems and compliance standards (ISO 9001 IATF 16949).
• Hands-on experience with eQMS platforms and system administration.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to train and support users effectively.
• Strong communication and documentation skills

WHAT YOU GET TO DO

• Collaborate with the Lead to develop eQMS Administrator SOPs and work instructions.
• Review and standardize existing SOPs and work instructions for consistency.
• Test and validate new features workflows and updates prior to deployment.
• Assist in configuring system settings workflows and user permissions.
• Develop training materials and deliver sessions to promote effective system usage.
• Initiate and monitor Jira tickets for issue tracking and resolution.
• Work with module administrators to organize and maintain user guides SOPs and training resources.
• Support integration of eQMS with enterprise systems (ERP MES PLM HRM).
• Provide first-level support for eQMS-related issues and escalate complex cases as needed.
• Contribute to the successful execution of the eQMS launch plan.

• Manage user accounts including creation updates and deactivation based on role changes.
• Communicate system updates enhancements and new features to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities and implement enhancements.
• Generate and distribute reports on quality metrics document status and compliance KPIs.
• Develop and maintain audit processes for system administration.
• Conduct regular audits of user access and permissions to ensure compliance.
• Maintain document control processes including versioning approvals and archival.
• Support management review meetings with accurate eQMS data.
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance with ISO 9001 IATF 16949 and other applicable standards.
• Provide system records and reports for internal and external audits.
• Monitor system usage and recommend process improvements.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

• Bachelors degree in Data Analytics Project Management Supply Chain Logistics Business or a related field
• 8 years of experience in a Quality environment
• Proactive mindset with a passion for quality and continuous improvement.
• Strong analytical skills to identify system gaps and implement effective solutions.
• Ability to collaborate across departments and build strong working relationships.
• Adaptability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to maintaining compliance and driving operational excellence.
