FL license Is on-call REQ YES 2 call shifts a month Will clinician float within scope meet facility needs NO Floating Req to Sister Facilities: NO Open to accommodating block schedule To be discussed in interview if applicable Locals accepted: NO Pending State License accepted: NO RTO Restrictions: For Aya offer positions Candidate MUST Have RTO in profile this can be requested via email but will be treated LIKE A SCREEN if manager does not respond within 48 hours offer will be given to next PASS. If candidate is an Aya offer PASS and can accept without RTO then we are okay to proceed Guaranteed Hours: apply after the first call off per pay period Special Requirements: Outpatient Inpatient ER Community Hospital Adult ICU work setting experience required; PACS Contrast skills required; Siemens equipment experience required; Great communication skills; work independently; patient safety number one focus; knowledgeable with neuro exams vascular exams pre and post neurosurgery exams; Cerner EMR required; COVID-19 vaccination required (exemptions accepted if medical or religious) Department Details: All neurosurgery cases are performed here; knowledge of neuro exams is required (brains perfusions diffusion etc.); We have two 3Tesla magnets both Siemens (Trio and Skyra) Type of Facility: Short Term Acute Care Teaching Hospital Total Staffed Beds: 599 Scrub Color: Navy Blue Burgundy or Khaki Charting: Cerner Parking Cost: included in FDI .01
